HPSMG COVID-19 Risk Assessment Requirements at Field End Junior School
To keep all our members and guests safe we will be operating the following policy when meeting in person at Field End Junior School.
- To NOT serve refreshments at present. Please bring your own refreshments
- To NOT hold a raffle at present
- To advise mask wearing when entering, exiting, and when moving around the hall to buy plants, cards etc
- To advise members to bring small denominations of cash to reduce exchange of monies on sales
- To space out chairs and tables to maintain social distancing
- To provide hand-sanitisers to be used on entry and at various points and on exchange of cash
- To ventilate the room as much as possible
- To check with attendees that we have their up to-date contact details for NHS Track & Trace
- To advise members that: To their knowledge within the past 14 days, anyone who has been in contact with Covid-19 (including being ‘pinged’); or has had a positive test result for Covid-19; or has travelled from a country on the Government’s quarantine list; or has or suspects they have Covid-19 symptoms, should not attend HPSMG Meetings, Events or Trips.
